It seems quite fitting that Maggie has learned the word "Wait" since after all it is the season of waiting.
It all began a few days ago while climbing down the steps. "Wait, Mommy!" called Maggie from the stairs above me as I was rushing down the steps. Wait! Maggie has mastered that word. Telling Ellie to wait for her before going down the stairs or as she goes up, telling Georgia to wait for her when going on a walk, and yelling it at the top of her lungs as we hurry out the door.
WAITING---something we aren't very good at especially this time of year. It is quite nice having a little reminder in the most unexpected of places.

Some, okay many, wonder about the craziness of our lives. Yes, it's crazy, no two days look alike and I don't think we have ever repeated the same schedule twice:) That's life with 2 working parents, one a tax accountant and the other a minister, and two children under 4. And we love it and each other most of the time:)
